Skin saviours - La Roche Posay Cicaplast range
If there's one group of products that have helped my skin the most, it would have to be the Cicaplast range from La Roche Posay. The products I've tried from this range, have truly helped my skin for the better.

The original Cicaplast Baume B5 is my favourite product out of this range. This multi purpose balm from La Roche Posay is said, as described by La Roche Posay, to soothe and protect sensitive and irritated skin. This balm contains Panthenol 5% (also known as Vitamin B5) which helps protect skin with it's anti-bacterial properties. I use this on any small healing cuts and scratches on my body, and this really helps them heal quickly and without leaving a scar because I can't pick at them when using this. I apply this onto any cuts and scratches every evening. This is also great for soothing any irritations. My skin can be highly reactive to certain products, and it makes me itch my skin a lot, so I wash the affected area in cold water to soothe it, and then I apply a thin layer of this to soothe my skin.
The Cicaplast Baume B5 SPF50 is such a great product. I've been using this a lot recently, due to all the sunshine we've been having lately. I apply this onto my arms every morning before I leave the house, and it helps protect against the sun and it also helps fade any scars on my arms. It really is working, I'm seeing a reduction in the appearance of the scars on my arms and the back of my hands. It has a lightweight texture that once I've rubbed it in, I hardly even know it's there.
While the original version and the SPF version are a balm, the Cicaplast Pro Recovery is more gel-like. I like to use this on any irritations on my face. It's more lightweight than the original balm. It's marketed to be used post-cosmetic peel, but I've read of people using this on any flaking, chapped skin, and also on their chapped lips.
While I haven't tried the Cicaplast Mains and the Cicaplast Levres yet, I have a few hand creams and lip balms to use up first, but I imagine they'll be the same great quality as the rest of the Cicaplast range. I'm definitely looking forward to trying them.
Thanks for reading!
