May Empties

Well, another month has come to an end. May has been a decent month for me, I finally started my driving lessons and I'm enjoying it. I am going to try and post on here more often.

First up is skincare empties, I didn't finish many skincare products in May.
  • Caudalie Moisturising Toner - I did not like this. I used this as a body mist to use it up. It didn't really seem to have any benefits to it. I will not purchase this again.
  • Etude House Sunprise Must Daily Lotion SPF50+ - This was a nice lightweight sunscreen. It left no white cast, and it contains no Avobenzone which is what I want in a sunscreen. The reason I won't be purchasing this again was it left my skin too shiny after I had applied it.
  • La Roche Posay Cicaplast Baume - I love this stuff. It's really great at helping damaged skin heal a lot faster than if it was left on it's own. I use this predominantly on my arms on any scratches and scraps I have. I will always have this in my skincare collection as it is something I miss when I don't have it.
  • SVR Physiopure Micellar Water - This was a nice micellar water. I don't use micellar water in the traditional sense, like for taking make up off, but to use as a hand cleaner. This works really well as a hand cleaner..
  • The Body Shop Camomile Cleansing Butter - This is my desert island product. I love this so much. It's gentle on my skin and it effectively removes my SPF and the day's grime. I love using this and I will continue to use this. Plus, the scent is divine.
Next up is my body care empties:
  • Bioderma Atoderm Cleansing Cream - This was awesome. This is one of my new favourite body cleansers. This was so gentle on my skin, my skin never felt irritated after using it. I will definitely be buying more of  this in the future.
  • Boots Expert Interdental Brushes - These were alright, but I don't think I'll be buying them again any time soon.
  • Brushbox Tongue Cleaner - Brushbox is a new subscription box where they send you a new toothbrush and two tubes of toothpastes every 2 months, and they also donate a toothbrush to someone in need. I'm a bit OTT about my oral hygiene so I signed up for this. For an additional cost they'll also include a tongue cleaner and floss in your boxes. I was really disappointed with this subscription box. The tongue cleaner was the only thing I ended up using. Shame though, it was a nice idea.
  • Curaprox CS5460 Ultra Soft Toothbrush - I love this toothbrushes, so soft and gentle, yet effective. I've missed these and I've switched back to using them instead of my electric toothbrush.
  • Dentek Comfort Clean Floss Picks - These are nice and easy to use when I'm feeling a bit tired or after my lunch. For £3, I can't go wrong.
  • Impulse Tease Body Spray - I really enjoy Impulse body sprays. I like the scents and they're cheap.
  • La Roche Posay Cicaplast Mains Hand Cream - I love this hand cream. I think this is one of products that I will continue to repurchase. I don't think I've ever repurchased a product as much as this. I love it that much that my sister got me some from Christmas. I'm obsessed.
  • Lush Sleepy Body Lotion sample - I loved this. It has the same scent as one of my favourite Lush shower gels, Twilight. This is such a relaxing scent. I'm definitely going to be getting a tub of this in the future.
  • Mixa SOS Repair Hand Cream - This was a nice hand cream. It's quite similar to the La Roche Posay Cicaplast hand cream, but it has a few different ingredients in it. It was nice but I don't think I'll be repurchasing it.
  • Oral B Satin Tape - This is a good dental floss and it's cheap, there's not much more to say about this.
  • Oral B Sensi Ultrathin Replacement Head - These heads are nice and a bit more gentle than some of the replacement heads available. I might buy more in the future.
  • Sensodyne Pronamel Multi-Action Toothpaste - I wasn't impressed by this toothpaste. I feel that it made my sensitivity worse. I'm not going to be buying this particular Pronamel toothpaste again.
  • Superdrug Little Moisturising Blue Stick - This is one of my favourite lip balms ever, and it's the only one I've repurchased constantly. I apply it last thing on a night before I sleep, and it keeps my lips moisturised and hydrated all night long.
  • Wisdom Interspace Brush - These are great at helping keep my wisdom teeth clean. Cheap and effective.
